I've been using the H&R Tax program for years and find it very convenient and easy to prepare just by following their dialog. I especially like the downloading of tax information from last year rather than having to manually fill out so much of the repeat information.

I used this for years. It's a pain now and I'll probably switch next year. It only added the ability for me to import my stocks towards the end of March, so I completed my taxes much later than I wanted to.
Cons: Hard to import documents
