I've used this software for decades without any issues. They make filing my taxes simple and easy. As someone who for years did her own taxes manually, I can not think of any subjects they do not cover to get you the best tax rate available for your individual situation.

Clunky, confusing and also didn't calculate my taxes correctly. It was off by almost 25%, which then led to a notice from the IRS that my return had errors in it. I'm not buying this again. Ever. My first year of using it is my last.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Unable to submit my state 1040 electronicly. The Illinois state tax form is a waste of money. Had to send in paper copies because your software wouldn't correctly process the Illinois form so it took 8 weeks to get my refund.
Pros: Easy to import documents
