I have been using Taxcut/H&R Block tax preparation software from1992. It has been my only go to tax product due to it’s reliability and accuracy. Not to mention the ease of use and timely updates when tax codes are updated. Great product.

Software seems to get easily confused, especially with expenses, since the recent tax changes. I often get multiple different results in the software. I've lost confidence.

I've helped friends with their tax returns and my h&r block has time and time again proven to be more detailed and it's instructions more clear than any other program especially the free ones. It also appears to be pretty darn ethical since it doesn't appear in news articles as having unfair practices.
