Couldn't submit my Fed taxes using the software because it said it didn't need a form, but then when I submitted it, it was rejected because the form wasn't included. I tried again and included the form, but it was still rejected. Then I kept seeing messages that the software had an error in that area and it would be fixed. Here, a week away from the deadline, the error still isn't fixed. Massive waste of time and $$.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
