The "Accuracy Review processes" should be more user-friendly, e.g.,
Rather than showing a form and forcing users to go through the steps with the "long list of next highlighted fields...", one or more likely scenarios along with examples should be provided to guide user(s) as the general direction(s) and to quickly resolved the issue(s).

Turbo Tax has a more user friendly interface, this is like something a programmer would do. I will pay more and use turbo tax next year. Also the IRS corrected and took a pease of my refund do the calculations where not correct.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Unable to print or save returns as PDF files. Unable to file state returns or even print or save forms in a way that would allow printing on a different system. Support team and developer team couldn't figure out the problem. If I could save the file as a PDF without using the questionable required 3rd party software I could have easily worked around this issue. Very poor thought process on this from the developers and those who approved this product.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
