You submited the Federal form, but you did not include the payment that was authorized at the time I paid for the software. Now I get a demand letter for the balance WITH interest that I would not be paying 4 months later

Said I was due an additional rebate recovery. I still got a refund but IRS reduced it due to me not being eligible for it even though the software said I was due it. Big problem bug in software that should of been caught before being published. Lucky I was not audited yet.

Easy to use and accurate. I was a Turbo Tax user for years but the HR Block product is at least as good and costs less. I have used it for at least four consecutive years.

Total waste. Tried calling for help and was bounced back and forth between on line help and software support... both blamed the other and kept passing the buck. After 3 DAYS of calling and being put on hold for hours, I gave up.

Very easy to use, it's intuitive. I am always able to find answers to my queries quickly. I have been an H&R Block Deluxe Software for over 10 years and our tax situation has changed significantly over the years and this tax software package does an outstanding job of preloading the previous years information (huge time saver) and continues to meet our needs very well. Keep up the good work!
