I found the software did not ask the correct questions to handle my small side business. It was only a few hundred dollars, but i still needed to include it on my return. The chat support offered no help either.

I have used H&R Block software now for multiple years. My only problem has been one state form that has not been added so that I can file state electronically. 352 is the form.
