I have found bugs in the software two years running. After reporting these, they have been fixed, albeit with workaround for one and a long delay for the other.
Cons: Hard to import documents

No - I would not recommend. I did another family members taxes & even though I had multiple filings I bought separate software & activation codes to set up two accounts. It billed me twice but still overwrote mine.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Have used the product for several years. Data entry is significantly less as you only have to enter the changes for each year. Very easy to use and saves me lots of time.
