H&R Block deluxe tax software has made very serious errors in my tax returns for 2018, 2020 and 2021. I didn’t learn about these errors until the IRS sent me notices that I owed substantial sums for tax years 2019 and 2020.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

All I have to do with this program is enter the data. It tells me if I am allowed to file with this data or not. It takes care of the addition and corrects my mistakes. It sends the return to the government and then sends me an e-mail that it was received. I won't say my return is difficult, but this program makes it so I don't have to be a CPA to have confidence in my return. I don't know of any way to make it any better than it already is. Each year I appreciate all the effort I didn't have to make. If asked, I recommend it to all my friends.

Unable to filing taxes as notsupporting COVID form

No longer supporting the CARES Act retirement distribution forms for 2021 resulting in having to delay return filing and use another provided. Didn’t find out until Mid-March when all the forms we finalized and it was past the return window
