I was able to do my forms in two one hour sessions. Sometimes the instructions were confusing or simply unclear. Somehow it added to my return the two government incentives. The feds caught this and my return was that much lower. This should not have happened.

Software is accurate and convenient, I am using it for many years. The only problem this year was that the state return must be bought after IRS accepts the Fed. return. I did not see it when I bought the program.
