Someone with limited knowledge of taxes that has a slightly complicated tax return probably would have difficulties. I am more knowledgeable than most and can see that such a person can easily get confused.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I’ve been using this application for years. I found it efficient, comprehensive, and easy to use. I also import the previous years data populating and giving a template to the current year tax return.

I didn't like it. Filled it out but was told I had to file by mail. Paid for nothing. Still waiting for refund after 3 months. Back to TurboTax next year.

I have been using this software over 20 years. Never used anything else. I have had minor issues a couple if times, but the support folks were always able to get them resolved.

Pension problems the software did not like a box was not filled out so I had to mail the state return in .. there was nothing to guide me as to why it had the problem
