My mother is on Social Security and it would not file until SS updated. Every time she tried to update, it would not update. She had to file by paper because she was locked in the program. Still has not gotten refund.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I software dose not ask questions concern some issues. I state this because IRS just sent me a letter stating I owe money for the stimulus check which I had completely foregot to file on my tax return.
