I have used H&R Block tax software for years. I just have simple returns to do. It only takes me hours to complete the necessary forms and off it go. No problems.

I used the program for the 1st time this year. It seemed user friendly but my numbers didn’t jive with IRS and refund different then program said. Just used to this type of program catching any errors prior to sending out.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Have been using H&R Block at home for Tax preparation for over a decade. Simple and easy prompts guide you through the questions. While other softwares may seem cheaper, I think the overall cost of tax filling (including e-filing Federal and State) is the lowest with H&R Block. Software works reliably everytime.

I have four star as I have a hard time understanding the program sometimes, but will say it is pretty easy to use except when you get into some of the forms. I'm not always sure how or if I need to use them, but it seems to work.
