Generally the product works just fine. My family’s taxes are “easy,” so I cannot speak to the complexity of the program as it may relate to the needs of other people and families. I’ve been using it for a long time; likely more than ten years.

Great software with free Federal E-files included. However, you get stuck on the State. The software may be free, but there is a cost to file. So, then you have to print and send all the materials in the mail or pay quite a bit. It may be worth it for some, but our state allows us to file for free on line.

Cons: Time consuming
