I like the federal return program, but the NJ program is not as robust as it should be and doesn’t include some forms that are required when filing.

The 2024 tax information did not populate the 2025 year taxes. Additionally, after I entered most of the 2025 tax information, when I allowed an update all the information was deleted and had to be re-entered.

It was only that Turbotax was forcing me to upgrade or use their online product which had really bad reviews that I tried H&R. You won me over. I like the way this is constructed.

Not getting any less confusing

I bought this as I have for the past 10 years. I wish you made a version that would just let me put in my SS income and interest payments along with my RMD from my 401k. I takes too long to go through all that stuff that does not apply.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
