The initial software worked great but when I realized I needed to file an amended return and I downloaded the update the program had a major problem and will not open up. I have not been able to open my original return nor file the amended return due to this and I have not had time to try to get assistance from H&R.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
