I have used H&R Block tax software for 12 years. The software is intuitive to use, very easy to use, and I have received the largest refund available to me. I recommend this software to any one with a computer.

All forms needed to file online aren’t included.

Product does NOT contain all of the forms for the State of Arizona. As a result I had to mail in my State taxes instead of filing online resulting in about a month delay in getting my refund. This is not the first time that all the necessary forms to file were not included in the software. Very disappointing.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used to but this year it wouldn't let me efile. It said my last year's AGI didn't match their records even though I triple checked it and even cut and pasted it off of last years.
