This product takes last year‘s tax return into consideration and easily establishes contacts with investment firms and brokerages down loading, in seconds, what it would take hours to enter manually. However, the 2020 tax filing it was an utter failure relating to the brokerage download. The failure required me to file The return via the United States Postal Service. So much for free federal filing. My 2021 went through electronically without any problem. Need perfect consistency for a five star rating.

Disappointed with this year's software. Federal went of, but Missouri's tax return left off one of my forms...MO CR, when printing the report to mail in. It also did not place most of my income as retirement. I could not e file for Missouri. This caused hours of phone calls with Missouri IRA....and i still am trying to get things settled. So I am not happy. I have used your software for several year, completing a federal, Missouri and non resident Illinois each year. Never a problem until this year.

H&H Block is so easy to use. It walks you through the whole tax filing process step by step and gives you plenty of opportunities to have your questions answered if you don't understand something and also to review and double check your work as you go. The software will flag any possible mistakes or things you should review again when you are done. I've used this software for several years and have never had any trouble with any of my returns.
