There is a lot to like about the H&R Block software, but for me, the product really falls down with the state tax product, in my case, Arizona. The state tax software does not include a number of very popular and needed state tax forms, which forces me to find the form on the state's web page, fill it out, print it and file by paper.
Also, I needed to file an amended return for 2020 and there was zero help to do that in the state program.
Pros: Easy to prepare
