Using this software is straight-forward, particularly after repeated years of use, and typically provides enough contextual information to understand what the prompts relate to. My complaint is related to the marketing of the product. The different product tiers are just cash grabs. The software is capable of handling these multiple tax situations, but will happily skip asking relevant questions, based on the package choice. I resent being asked to pay more in a year where my tax situation is different, just to complete an additional schedule or form. I consider buying different tax prep software every year, and will switch at the right opportunity, turbo tax just isn't it either

Does not allow you to attach State forms the softw

When prompted to attach specific REQUIRED (as per H&R Block software) state tax forms like PA-40 w2 reconciliation worksheet, the software does not allow you to do so. Have repeatedly requested this glitch be fixed but to no avail.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
