H&R Deluxe provides me with every thing I need for retirement income, investments and qualified charitable donations. I've used it consistently and will continue to use it. I wish there was a bit more explanation and instruction but, given the tax code, that may be a lot to ask.

It is relatively easy to use. As a retired CPA I only had one problem which was trying to change the estimated tax carry forward after the IRS changed my carry forward amount due to an error in tax payments. I never found a way to solve the problem as the program does not let you make changes from the prior Tax Return you use to fill in the relevant information before starting the current years tax return.
