State version creates an unacceptable deduction

The (Arizona) State version of the program has not handled the AZ tax credits program properly for several years, allowing what amounted to as a double deduction that is not allowed.
In addition, the (Arizona) State version consistently leaves out a form that is required to do an electronic filing (Form 343). The program tells me to go on-line to get the form myself and to mail it in. This is very counter-productive and against one of the main reasons I purchase a tax program.

Could not believe HRB would vend a product that that was so difficult to use. I wrote a hefty check to the IRS and my tax software made it nearly i
impossible to engage estimated payments for 2022 with printed receipts. Also had a hang up with dependents that was identified in the check but nevere could get it resolved. Hard to believe I had to live with these issues after using this product for at least 25 years.

Block tax program indicated I was eligible for third stimulus payment. I was not, according to the IRS. I called Block and was first told it was data I input. It was not. Then I was told it was a "glitch" in the program. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will not use Block software to prepare my taxes again.
