having to reload program was a nightmare . description was poor at best and hard to understand what used to be an easy program turned into a disgrace thought last year was bad but decided to give it one more try never will use again i will change to new program next year

I've been using this software for quite some time. At least a decade. This is the FIRST time that it didn't send amount owed to the IRS. Monies went to state, but not federal. So, I received a bill in the mail this week.
