Very happy with the Federal efile!

I always buy this program; my only issue this year is with the State of Vermont - my return is complete (and error free) and for some reason I could not print it and had to contact Customer Service. Turns out Vermont Tax Dept has not completed changes , so I cannot print the return until 2/17/23 .
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Deluxe+State. We have a simple retiree efile

I have used the Deluxe+State software since 2000. I find it easy to use and very reliable. Data handshake from year to year is seamless. I sometimes have to wait for a few days for updated forms to complete the e-file process but don’t find this to be a problem.

Except I couldn’t find out how to download it on more than one computer.

I like having the tax software on my own computer compared to a possibly free online product. The results were basically what I expected though the software did find and apply a small tax credit that I would never have found on my own. The price is reasonable for my needs.

My return shows no errors but was rejected by IRS. H&R Block software provded no help to figure out the problem. Guess I will go back to TurboTax

ONLY PROBLEM I ENCOUNTERED WAS I NEEDED TO ACQUIRE A NEW ACTIVATION CODE, WOULD NOT ACCEPT ONE WHICH CAME WITH THE PRODUCT. PROGRAM WAS EASY TO FOLLOW NO PROBLEMS OTHER THEN THE ONE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED
