Great Again

We have used H&R Block and Tax Cut before for years and years. Gets better each year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Couple of Issues.

the ME Tax Software would not let me e-file until I corrected a couple of items specified in the accuracy review. The items had nothing to do with my tax return. It asked me for my college graduation date and which state the college was in. It was strange since I have no outstanding college loans and I graduated over 50 years ago. I suspect a software glitch!
Second, When completing the federal e-file, the software provided me with an activation code. Turns out the first character, which read as a "5" should have been an "S". Again, I suspect a software glitch. Otherwise, you would have gotten 5 stars.

Pretty easy to use. Printing returns was a problem

Filling out the information and importing data was good. Printing the returns produced very large print and partial pages.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Got my last tax statement yesterday. Completed and filed the form today. Just got notice that IRS accepted the form. How great is that! Ps it was for a refund!

Great Piece of Software

This is a Great Piece of Software. Easy to use and easy to maneuver through. The program is thorough and looks for your errors and makes you fix them before finalization.

Need Mac Printing Fix

I have purchased this software for as many years as I can remember. Software works great for determining taxes. I switched to a Mac this year. I anticipated some issues, but I also thought they could be fixed. I have two printers and could not print on either one. After 6 calls, 2 disconnects, too many transfers to count I was given a work around. Although it worked, it was very inconvenient as you had to remove all your printers, close your software, then reopen the software, open print page, open a printer, then reinstall your printers which did not go well. I will not purchase product next year unless this is fixed. Very disappointed.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good software

Have used this for many years. One problem is when I moved to MS the software will not let me e-file the state. I have had to paper file every year for the state.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
