A glitch in their software for a state return prevented efiling. However, their agents worked very hard at bypassing the glitch and solved the problem. Kudos to them.

Best tax software on the market. I took a gamble by installing this product on my computer which runs Windows 7 and it runs great. Yes, it runs flawlessly on Windows 7 for your information.
