I have used H&R Block for many many years. In years past I would’ve given a solid five stars for the program. However this year the directions weren’t as explicit and it didn’t walk me through step-by-step as clearly as it has in years past. So this year for my tax software program from H&R Block I’m only going to give a rating of three stars.

I don't want to be unfair, as the majority of the program works very smoothly, and I appreciate that it walks me through all the pieces and parts. The part of the program I find pretty frustrating -- just about every year -- is the wrap-up and presentation of errors and warnings. It's usually not clear to me what the actual problem is, so sometimes I make a change, sometimes I leave it alone, and this year, I think I deleted the entire form that I was being warned about. Hope I didn't need it.
