Tech glitch that prevents you from filing

Overall the tax program was easy to use until I got to inputting my wifes w-2. I downloaded it from her employer, entered it manually and tool a picture of it. Each time an error appeared that said "fort collins is not a valid entry. Use only letters". I can see if I transposed a letter o for a number 0 in my entries but I didn't and the error kept appearing not allowing me to file. I finally had to put a different city into my wife w-2 worksheet that didn't have O's in it.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As every year I get older and I think this may be the year that I can't do our taxes. But I just send them in and I am so relieved and I'll try again next year. I'm 82 years old.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

I purchased this software last week and filed my return today. Very easy to use, excepts all the forms, and has a verification check. It worked well when I entered an incorrect ZIP Code.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used this software for years and, as always, I think that this software is easy to operate and it covers every possible scenario.

Almost simple

I was able to go answer most of the interview questions, but was interupted during the review by messages telling me my W2 worksheet was incomplete. I tried to enter the correction, but it was not accepted. So I was forced to "Delete Form" . I only did this because there was no way to exit from the review until I did Delete Form. I figured that since was just a "worksheet" it would not impact my return. Time will tell.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

You shouldn't sell the software until you have all the forms. I filled my federal today. But you still didn't have the Alabama forms. Feel like I'm being jerked around. My friend filled on turbo tax at the first of the month. You can do better.

it can be better if UI is updated to the latest Windows 11.
As it is, all looks a bit blurry, not as sharp as other modern programs.

Nice product but has bugs

The product often displays message that it can’t connect to server and for me to check my internet. This is definitely not my internet - and it’s comical how many times this happens throughout the use of the program. Opening screen is jumbled mess of overwritten text and changing screen size does nothing to remedy (does anyone check this)? The software just charged me twice for submitting my Georgia return and only thing I’m certain of is they charged my account. The software appears to be waiting on me to submit my $$ again so they can charge so my state return can be submitted - not going to happen… I will dispute the charges with my account if they don’t correct.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
