Good job

I enjoyed using the HRB package. First time user. Some improvements in explaining lead in to topics would be helpful. Such as checklist of all items prior to start. If I didn’t know what I was supposed to include for income or deduction, I would have missed some items.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

It allowed me to download last year's tax return from TurboTax as a PDF file, so it save me some time. I had a problem with the 1099-B forms which I allowed this software to download directly. Some of the entries did not get inserted with the correct name of the investment transaction. The other issue I have is I cannot seem to find the way to download a PDF file of my completed tax return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Works great and easy to do

This is the second year that I’ve used H&R Block Deluxe Federal for my taxes. I used to use TurboTax but last year it gave me problems so I switched to H&R Block and haven’t gone back. I’ve been happy so far and never experienced any issues.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't use if you bank with WellsFargo or have K1's

Need better K1 logic.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

How to end out

Filling in the tax info is easy but how do you get out of the program. printing the state return is not easy,it wants to print federal----very frustrating

Disappointed - several issues

I have used HRB for last several years without issues, this time different. The import of my W2 did not capture all the information & had to manually enter. Worst was the print to PDF would not work. I keep all documents as PDF & if this doesn't work will not use HRB in future.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
