Will it ever file my return?

Submitted 2/18, rejected due to buggy H&R Block software 2/18. Resubmitted after 3/2 update. 3/5 still waiting for return to be accepted. In the past I've always used H&R Block software, never again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Appreciate the interviews, ability to download/import data from other sources to avoid making keystroke errors. Suggest a few things: 1) Highlight areas during the interview that user misses. Ex. business travel vehicle expenses. 2) Plan feature to estimate next year's taxes does not include categories such as pensions. I was unsure where to include.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Excellent Product, Easy to Use

I’ve used H&R Block tax software for many years and have always been very happy with the results. It’s price is reasonable and the software is very easy to use with easy instructions to follow.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Your earned income credit form is different from the federal form. Line for a has a different year from the federal form could not change it.

Filed tax return with e-file and received email saying IRS had accepted return.
I went back into software and the program did not recognize that e-file was already sent.

Good but manual printing is set to be huge, hate

Completing the tax forms went as expected, which was well. e Filing Federal Taxes also, so far, has gone as expected (return is accepted). But when I tried to print paper for State Taxes (CA), the default print size is HUGE and finding a remedy so far has not worked. I've wasted a LOT of paper. Hugely hate this.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this software about month ago. Everything was going along smooth UNTIL one of your upgrades screwed up the printer part of the software. I had to delete the printer then put the return in PDF then reinstall the printer. I finally got my 2022 tax return printed correctly I'm using a Mac. Your product is good but don't screw up the upgrades.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
