Much better and cheaper than Turbotax. I recommended this software to friends and relatives. Great Tech help.

I have always used TurboTax in the past but decided to give H&R Block software a try this year. Imported previous data from TurboTax without any problems. Very clear and smooth interface to prepare your taxes. Worked just as well as TurboTax at a better price. I plan to use again next year

Two things that was troubling this year! First: you need to give a choice before filing whether you want 1040 form or a 1040SR form. I ended up interning data twice because of that as it gave the 1040 from starting. Second: Every time I wanted to print anything I had to make sure to change printer to print on both sides. I would you would need to change only once.

When H & R Block makes mistakes in their software, which happens quite often, they don’t bother to fix it when it is reported to them. They just ignore the customer, and leave the mistake in the software. This causes the customer to file inaccurate tax returns, which could lead to an audit and penalties.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
