The product I received this year was the worst tax preparation ever!
After completing my taxes, the saved file was not recognized by the program.
I had to completely re-do my taxes! Doing taxes once is “TAXING” enough, doing them twice is unacceptable!

A really nice product. I noticed that it did not have many banks listed to download my interest. But it was simple to enter the interest directly from my mailed forms. A couple of sections were confusing, but I figured them out. I was a bit apprehensive in switching since I used another product for years. This product is cheaper than the other one I normally use, so I saved money. I will use it again next year.
