Incorrect completion of PA tax form when reside in PA but work in NY - should show wage tax owed for PA along with credit for tax paid in NY - it fails to do so; also, phone support staff is not very knowledgable and wait times are extermely long at time

I would have given 5 out of 5 stars, but on Feb. 22,2023 I ordered the down loaded program along with the backup CD. I have not received the CD as of March 11, 2023.
