This is the best tax software! This year we had extra income and extra medical expenses. HR Block processed it amazingly, calculating a healthy refund. We cautiously submitted it to the IRS, and they readily accepted and approved it!

The federal part is spot on, but the KY state part always gives me fits because it won’t allow input of more than one federal and state pension stream, I have to enter it on the form. This is due to KYs complex methods to determine exemptions of state and federal pensions and the dates one receives them. The state part needs revamped to allow more than one pension and allow the input of purchased time and service credit. If I have to enter it directly on the form, I don’t need the software.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
