I have used H&R software for a number of years. The version I buy covers my needs. I appreciate downloading the date from my stock investment companies instead of entering all of that information separately. I also appreciate the ability to save and edit sections as I receive information from various inputs.
I have a number of K-1 forms to enter and I wish that the instructions were better written to describe what I actually receive from investment companies.
I would also appreciate better summary information regarding my completed taxes. The marginal tax rate should be very easy to print.

Good value for its coverage of most forms. The questionnaire and online help for 1116 and HSA distributions had gaps. I had to review the forms and IRS rules to complete it.
I had one data warning on income reported from a 1099 DIV that I could not clear.

I have successfully used the program over several years and usually pleased with the performance. I don't know why some of the verifications come up at the end to review. When reviewed there are no errors. I also believe that state e file should be free, or a nominal 5 dollar charge which is less than mailing it by certified mail.

I had to go to a brick and mortar store to buy a box with a slip of paper in it to tell me to go on line and down load the program. I was able to buy it for less than your so called discount you offered me in my e-mails.

I bought this as a replacement for Turbo Tax. This is much easier than Turbo. This year Turbo was too complicated to understand. I like the information it provides and the ease with which to work. Thank you.
