I have used this software since TurboTax significantly increased its price for anyone needing schedule “D” for capital gains this software does a fine job with all issues I come up against. I have been using it for several years. There was a little glitch when my taxes were rejected but the problem was resolved in a couple of days and the taxes were accepted. I would recommend this product.

State form contains terrible errors, caused a huge reduction in refund. Now I have to manually create an amended return. Call center said they’d look into it but only thing I heard was crickets chirping…

H&R block tax software has been my software for the past 8 years and has reliably guided me through the always "fun" tax filing process.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Disappointed this year it has been a few weeks now that a software problem at h and r block has not been resolved and my return has not been accepted. There have been at least 2 unsuccessful tries to fix problems and still not resolved
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
