Had trouble importing last years information .Instead of importing it from last years tax program it wanted to import from a pdf copy an did not get all the information.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software leads you through the steps of filing a return in a logical manner. In one instance it said I needed to complete a form. When presented a form there were no instructions for the form and I had to try to figure it out on my own. Otherwise the software made a complicated task simpler.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

This is the 9th year I’ve used this software to do our taxes. The first time because we had moved to a different state and I wanted to make sure I did both of my state taxes correctly. I found it such an easy process the I just kept using it every year!

As I do every year, I filed with H&R Block. It is very well laid out and quite easy to use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is what I consider to be a glitch when working out different scenarios. When removing a dependent, some data still remains and requires a somewhat confusing process to remove it. After having found the workaround, it‘s the only issue.
