Does anyone really enjoy doing their taxes? This software makes it easy enough, and there are many links along the way to help define the finer points of tax filing. Filing your taxes isn't fun, but the H&R Block software makes it an easier and more seamless experience.

Unable to efile PA state return

Easy to use and exiled federal return. Efile for PA state was not accepted because “some proceeds have negative numbers” when I sell a Put option I get paid so the cost is a negative number. This was not a problem for federal return. HRB should fix this simple problem for future years

Ability to e-file is extremely disappointing. After updating the software on various dates in accordance with the instructions per the "Update the Program" feature, the returns have been rejected twice. Both times your notification read "Your return was rejected because of a problem with our e-file process." I am now pending a third attempt to file after the next update (3/13/2023), despite the fact that the message prior to each previous attempt indicated that no further updates were expected. Also quite disturbing is that each attempt to e-file requires a new / additional payment to re-file the State Return!!!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
