The H&R BLOCK DELUXE Software has been the easiest and best program for my Fed and State tax filing needs. At age 80 and retired the ease of use program and correction feature is just wonderful and puts my trust in what I am filing via e-file. Once accepted by the Fed and State Tax Departments the returns are deposited within one to several weeks into my checking account.

I am over 70 years old and have used H&R Block Deluxe Tax software for many years keeping at least 7 years of tax backup on my computer/flash drive for a number years, this year's edition could not find the prior year's backup. I do not know whether that is due to some of Microsoft's stupid updates or not, but I had to physically enter all the addresses and other information that normally would be handled through the software. I am a retired accountant that no longer have the deductable expenses that would make itemizing worth while and this software makes me go through a lot of wasted steps that does not pretain to me.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
