Just a terrible year of service and support, your software for both federal and state returns were a total failure. My state return failed to reflect my W2 earnings that should have simply passed from federal return, thus caudsing me to correct on my own and file by mail. My federal return has been hung up in your system for 2 weeks. Hopefully your latest software fix for 3/12 will work. As a customer of your Company for many years, I can’t express enough my disappointment and frustration with this incompetence. I don’t view my purchasing your software next year.
