Software would not import Fidelity files, and error code did not explain why. Customer support said wait until next update, but didnt work later either. Ultimately, I had to enter data manually. After I efiled, HRBlock told me IRS had rejected filing. Why? Error in HRBlock software that would be fixed in next release. This is the latest I have ever filed taxes. Looks like I will try different software next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I kept getting an error when I tried to file but the instructions given did not clearly explain what I had to do to correct it.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Have had my e-filing rejected by the IRS for over a month due to problems with H&R Block software. They were slow to admit there was a problem, and have promised fixes that have not yet happened. Have used this software in prior years and recommended it to others, but not likely going forward.

I have to pay to file state taxes. I have to use third party software to file my taxes. Both of these are disappointing.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
