The software works, but if it makes a mistake, the user has to pay to file the return again. My return was rejected due to a business code that the software allowed and the IRS did not allow. This was a software error and I had to pay to file my return twice. This should not have happened, but I had to pay for the software error.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Easy to use software for those who choose to do their own taxes. Competitively priced with other available products. I'm a recently retired worker and this product easily handled all my changing income situations. I switched to this product from another popular company several years ago just to see how they compare and have remained using it for several years now.

I have used this software for my last 4 tax returns, and it is absolutely the best product out there. Very easy to use and it guides you thru the entire process in an orderly fashion. It has pointed out additional deductions that we could take because of my wife’s small business that I would not have picked up on my own. Very satisfied customer!
