Upon completing two simple returns the program needed to update before I could e-file. I then had to re-enter some data again before being able to e-file again. The update should have run when I started the return, not after completion.

Cons: Time consuming

When the software works, it's very nice. Unfortunately, it only works when the user's directory is on the same volume as the application. It should be fixed to remedy this basic flawed assumption.

this is the second year I have not been able to electronic file my taxes because of error for "wrong AGI. " I had to mail it 2 times now. I did all I was told to do but it never worked to electronic file. I downloaded the program from my computer. Prior to that I always bought a CD from Walmart but you dont do that anymore. So I wasted alot of time filing several times and it was rejected. I even tried with Turbo tax which was also rejected. I know my AGI was correct because I checked with the IRS and got a letter in the mail from the.
