Most anyone can do it if you can read and understand what they are saying. It could improve their product.if you have some things a little more complicated than the normal.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

H&R Block still does not support rebates for individual electronic filing where users have installed Electric Vehicle Service Equipment (EVSE)( (chargers). For me this was a $300.00 rebate that the EVSE that I put in my garage to charge my electric car.
With the number of people installing EVSEs. This is a major failure in the Block software.

The state portion of the program is horrendous. It has a major error on Schedule CS which prohibits the customer from e filing.
