Be careful where you save your work if you don't finish and file. I had to re-enter info three times until I saved the file in a particular place. I don't know if that is a software issue or my computer problem. Otherwise, it went smoothly.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

Deluxe Edition with Free State - Not Really Free.

It was a great experience until I got to the end and found that I had to pay for the state e-file. What is the point of paying for the Deluxe version with a "free" state if it's not really free? I switched from Turbo Tax for the same reason and was hoping HR Block would be different. I was wrong.

Cons: Time consuming

H&R Block is the only software that installs correctly -- every time -- on my PC. The other major brand (you know the one) has glitched almost every time I tried to install it. Except for two years when I gave the other software a try, I've been using H&R Block since 2005. I'll never go back!
