Easy to use, imports prior year info from turbo tax, others, deluxe has more forms and does the investment income that you pay for at least turbotax premier. Thats less than half the cost,

Nice to have amended return accessible

After I filed my 1040 in February, I realized I'd omitted some 1099s that wouldn't be available until a few days later. So I'd have to file an amended return. Easy to do after March 6, when the interview was available for the 1040-X.

still room for improvement

majority of the instruction in using the software is good. However, in couple situation it is hard to understand the instructions which should be re-written in a way to step in customer's shoes, so that it is more user friendly. Also, it only allow to import last year return, should be improved to import past return several years ago.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
