I have used H and R bloc for about 4 years. I like the fact it loads data from previous return which speeds things up. Directions are clear in most sections. They sometimes make a simple entry more complex than it has be. But they present all the options which some filers may need.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Am going back to TurboTax next year. HRB is very fussy and offers little in the way of explanation when an action is questioned. Don’t make the mistake of trying to get telephone help. You can see your life slipping away while listening to the message of how important we are.
