Mostly good and easy. Could improve form downloads

Overall it is easy to use and accurate. I did keep get data verification notice for downloaded forms because of too many decimal places in number of shares, and for downloaded forms where only the last 4 digits of the social security number were provided. I wish the summary printed out MAGI for reference purposes. I could not find an estimated planning section with 740-es form for my Kentucky state return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have been using this software for 20 years or more and am mostly pleased with its ease of use and performance. It does not support some of the more seldom used IRS forms such as the 709 gift tax form. Also if you encounter an unusual tax requirement that you need to consult with one of their online tax experts, it may take several attempts to reach the right expert. But if your return is limited to basic stuff along with dividends, capital gains, S corporations and such, it does a good job. Its electronic filing feature is great.

It was not easy to make the Estimate taxes for both Federal and my State. I wanted to change some amounts and it wouldn't let me. Downloading from my broker was confusing at first and didn't work.
