I've used H&R tax software for over 10 years and I like how easy and intuitive it is. Thank you H&R for keeping it simple but powerful to find all my possible deductions and making it possible for me to get back all the money that is due to me!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

I have been using your software for a number of years and have never had a problem. Also you have streamlined it to make it easier. Thank-you! Doing your taxes is not the funnest thing to do but by making it easier sure helps.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I live in NJ and find the way that the NJ state form handles a trust that has dividends and interest because of the differences in the way that NJ and Federal tax the trust. I hope I have been doing it correct for many years but Have a problem with the different number of what the two K-1 forms present for our numbers.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

I had difficulty answering questions about my HSA. I quit my job in June of last year and used money in my HSA for medical expenses after my quit date.. Your software asked something about a "last month rule." It took me a couple days before I figured that out. Your software did not explain it. I searched multiple websites before I had a clue what it was asking.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Every time there was a notice of an update, the software would appear to process it only to revert to telling me there was an update…frustrating cycle of repetition!
