Great software and easy to sue and print. The name field is not lengthy enough to enter my first name in full. It is off by a letter. So, consider adding more space for the name to enter.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

All I got was a cardboard advertisement, so had to go online to purchase and install. Then I had to call HRBlock to get an activation code. In years past I have received a dvd & that made life a bit easier. Have read a lot of complaints on facebook about this year's program. I have never had any issues and have used your program for years, after working in HRBlock office for 17 years. Hopefully this year goes smoothly, with no issues. Requiring a nickname in order to submit is a bit much, rather sophomoric in my estimation!!
